Jimmy James
Jimmy James (Jiffrin Lontho) was born in 1986 in Heerlen (The Netherlands). He was always into music, especially Jazz music. At the age of 6 he started to play the drums. When he turned 9 years old, he learned to play the keyboard. Later on, his father took him to several concerts like: Incognito, Azymuth, Erykah badu, The Brecker Brothers and many more... A good base for music was fed.
A part of his life, was about collecting records. It didn't mather if it was hip hop / jazz or house, it just had to groove. You could find him in several record stores once a week, to pick up a new album or a single. Whenever he found a nice track, he felt, that he got to play it for a crowd someday. So he started spinning the wheels of plastic (CDJ's) around 5 years ago. Jimmy James learned to DJ all by himself. He isn't the most skilled dj around, but he has got a lot of fun doing it.

Therefore he has gained a nice record collection during the years, and jimmaaay! is always hungry for more. Spending several hours a week on a variety of dj download sites, just to find the groovy tunes, to play them for a nice elevating crowd!
